With the use of smart metering, this unit can be managed off the existing mprn (no need for an additional electrical hook up from ESB) of the primary residence or facility and the user/client can use mobile phone app or alternatives to manage their electricity usage.
The unit and it’s contents are made of the highest quality materials and this results in an excellent and clean finish throughout. This unit has achieved BER B1 standard and so is ideally suited to a year round rental or housing market. The unit sits on an incredibly sturdy galvanised chassis and frame with double axle and so the unit can be re-positioned easily on site, or sold and moved off site. These units can be craned over buildings and walls to site, we provide this facility through our licensed Crane partners.
